| 摘 要： | 提出以专家系统为核心,以Internet为信息平台发展基于实时信息的智能公交运营调度系统的设想。根据系统的目标和特点,提出了系统的功能结构、内部运行结构和组织实施框架,最后描述了系统的实际工作过程。

| Abstract: | A new transit operation system is presented by using real time information. Its information management focuses on the expert system based on Internet information platform. According to the aims and characteristics of the system, it puts forward the system structure including the function, interior operation and application frame for implementing. Finally, the practical work flow of it is described. |
