摘    要:铁路货运企业如何在市场细分条件下选择目标市场是一项十分复杂与重要的工作,很难进行准确的定量分析。采用层次分析法对铁路货运企业目标市场进行评价,为确定铁路货运企业目标市场提供决策根据。最后,通过实例证明该方法具有科学性和可行性。

Abstract:The way for the railway company to choose target market in the condition of segmentation is com- plicated, important, and it is hard to carry out accurately by quantitative analysis. The paper evaluates the target market of railway company by using AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process), and for the railway com- pany to choose the target market reasonably. Finally a case was applies to qualify its scientificity and feasi- bility.
