| 摘 要： | 分析板框过滤机存在的问题,根据过滤机的操作工艺流程,研究开发了板框过滤机控制系统.该系统能实现每台过滤机的手动、自动操作,也能实现任意2台或顺序可变的3台过滤机联动操作,提高了板框过滤机的自动化程度.实际使用表明,该系统性能稳定可靠,操作简单,维护方便,并可延长板框过滤机的使用寿命,减轻工人劳动强度.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the plate and frame filter problems,according to the operation of the filter process,a control system of the plate and frame filter had been researched and developed.This system achieve each filter manual,automatic operation,and also achieve any two or three filter linkage operation in alterable sequence,which can improve automation of the plate and frame filter.Application indicates that the system is stable and reliable performance,easy operation,convenient maintenance,can prolong the life of filter and reduce labor intensity. |
