摘    要:文章以轮机自动化课程为例,根据高等职业教育轮机工程技术专业培养高技能人才的要求,以突出学生职业能力培养为主线,从课程体系、教学内容、教学环节、教学方法和手段、考核评价体系等进行的改革与实践.通过构建真实工作任务或工作场景整合、序化教学内容,科学设计学习性工作任务,将船舶轮机自动化设备工作机理的理论讲授和自控系统的实操训练有机融合,使学生在教中学、学中做,对提高学生的职业能力起到了明显的效果.

Abstract:Taking the Marine Engineering Automation course as an example,the paper introduces the reform and practice of the teaching mode according to the fostering requirement of high-tech talents in corresponding specialties with focus on the students' vocational competence development in the respects of curriculum system,instructional content and procedures,teaching approaches and methods,and evaluation system.The paper then integrates the academic lectures with practical training based on the authentic tasks design or workshop environment construction,ordering instructional content,and the scientific learning-oriented projects,which contributes to the learning by teaching as well as the practice by learning in hopes of having a significant influence on the improvement of students' vocational competence.
