| Abstract: | This paper analyses the existing major problems of marine environment and proposes the idea of utilizing marine environment rationally and several measures for the protection of marine environment based on the understanding of exploiting marine environment under a scientific concept of development, which is of great significance to promote sustainable development in economics. |
