| 摘 要： | 阐述港发码头的特殊地理位置、复杂水流情况以及有限的可供船舶掉头的水域特点,针对大型重载油轮进靠、操纵的困难性和大型重载船舶进靠出现的一些问题,根据多年对大型重载油轮的引航实践工作,提出一些建议和应该注意的事项.

| Abstract: | By analyzing the special geographical condition, the complicated current situation, the limited turn-around water areas of Gangfa harbor, the paper discusses the maneuvering difficulties in entering and leaving the port of large-scale heavily loaded oil tanker. Based on his seasoned pilot experience, the author presents some suggestions and precautions in safety handling. |
