| 摘 要： | 进入新世纪以来，广东涉海非公企业蓬勃发展，这种发展迫切要求各级党组织大力加强涉海非公企业的党建工作，本文对党组织有效生存在涉海非公企业发展中的作用进行了阐述，总结了涉海非公企业党组织有效生存面临的挑战，并给出了解决非公企业党组织有效生存问题的思路。

| Abstract: | The enterprises of non-state-owned have been developing vigorously in Guangdong Province since the new century. This rapid development presses for the party＇s organizations in every level to strengthen the work in the constructing the party in the enterprises. The party＇s organization in non-state-owned maritime enterprises should improve its living quality focusing on developing the enterprises, exert the harmonizing function, establish the new working system, and strengthen its own construction. Therefore, the party will enlarge its reigning foundation, increase its reigning ability and cement its reigning status. |
