铣削热电偶测温系统参比端温度动态补偿

摘    要:对铣削测温过程热电偶测温系统的热电势采集模块热电偶参比端进行测温,发现切削测温过程参比端温度具有动态变化的特征,用热电阻来动态采集热电势采集模块热电偶参比端的温度,并结合数据库实现对参比端温度的动态补偿,从而实现对切削测温点温度的准确测量.测温对比实验表明基于数据库和热电阻的热电偶测温系统能准确实现参比端温度的动态补偿.

Abstract:This paper tests the temperature of thermoelectric collection module reference end and discovers that it is changing dynamically milling; then uses thermal resistance to collect the temperature of thermoelectric collection module reference end,and uses the database to compensate the temperature of reference junction. The temperature comparison experiments show that reference end temperature can been compensated accurately and dynamically based on database and thermal resistance.
