| 摘 要： | 针对船舶在珠江口水域航行时面临的复杂环境,提出以建立珠江口水域船舶避碰网来监控船舶安全航行的构想.探讨了建立珠江口水域船舶避碰网的重要性和可行性,提出了珠江口水域避碰网的体系结构,讨论了避碰网中存在的6种通信关系.
