| 摘 要： | 从广州是否需要发展航海教育谈起,说到广州航海教育发展的相对滞后以及造成这种状况的＂名实不符＂的原因.由此通过极具个人化的方式提出了自己的看法,即必须重视广州航海教育发展战略和策略问题以及怎样重视的问题,即真正的切实的思想解放,才有可能真正重视航海教育的战略和策略问题,才能找到切实的发展道路.
