| Abstract: | This paper is based on the questionnaire research in maritime college which operates students financial assistance system. Questionnaire survey shows that maritime college student financial assistance system is operating normally and has basically reached its original purpose to assist students in need. However, there are still some de- ficiencies which require improvements. |
