联合作业工况下的起重机负荷计算及受力分析

摘    要:为研究2台及2台以上起重机联合作业时的承载变化,确保在任何吊装状态下都不超过各台起重机的最大许用负荷.对此从抬吊物体吊点位置及受力分析方面展开了讨论,系统分析了影响起重机负载的因素.为保障操作安全作了最大许用负荷方面的计算.为规范作业,最后还介绍了吊运时的工作步骤和作业要领等施工技术.

Abstract:in order to study the load variation of two or more cranes in joint operation,to ensure that the maximum allowable load of each crane is not exceeded in any hoisting state.This paper discusses the lifting point position and force analysis of the lifting object,and systematically analyzes the factors affecting the crane load.The calculation of maximum allowable load is further emphasized to ensure operation safety.In order to standardize the operation,the paper also introduces the working steps and operation essentials of hoisting and other construction techniques.
