| Abstract: | With its own profession characteristic, the higher education in maritime college has both academic eduation and vocational education features. The higher education in maritime colleges also is the important base for professional talents. Therefore, the undergraduates＇ party construction plays a significant role in the cultivations of political consciousness, the sense of study and responsibility and the party branch＇s core consciousness. |
