| Abstract: | The Provisions of the Maritime Administrative Enforcement Procedures can fully reflect the requirements of the Administrative Compulsion Law and take into account the specialness of maritime administration activities, make some innovations on the procedures of compulsory enforcement. However, there are some deficiencies on the text expressions, system design, procedure provisions and legal instruments, which should be perfected. |
