| Abstract: | According to the speech of Liu gongcheng, the managing deputy director of China MSA, with respect to improvement of seafarers＇ comprehensive quality at 2008 Shenzhen International Maritime Forum, This paper analyzes the current test system of maritime English and its disadvantages and gives suggestions on reforming the test system of maritime English for the sake of improving the seafarers＇ comprehensive quality. |
