薄壁低硅铸态韧性球铁的研制

摘    要:本文指出,用低硅低锰原生铁研制铸态韧性球铁,在终硅量2.0%的情况下,也能获得铸态 QT42-10球铁.并在4 mm 壁厚的试样上消除了白口,从而促进了铸态韧性球铁在薄小件上的应用.

Abstract:Explicates the method to obtain QT42-10 nodular iron containing 2.0% of silicon content and made from pig iron containing low silicon and manganese.In test piece of 4 mm section thickness,the cemene is elimainated,thus,this test result can be used in the production of high ductile nodular iron with thin seetion.
