Fe-C 合金激光熔凝硬化研究

摘    要:采用大功率CO2激光器对不同含C量的Fe-C合金进行了激光熔凝处理,用光学显微镜、电子探针及X射线衍射仪等研究了激光熔凝层的组织与性能以及激光加工工艺参数和含C量对熔池尺寸、硬度的影响,结果表明,Fe-C合金经激光熔凝处理后,表层组织细化,硬度显著提高,熔化层中存在碳烧损和氧化现象.

Abstract:High power CO 2 laser was used and laser surface melting was performed on Fe-C alloy with different carbon contents. Optical microscope, electron probe and X-ray diffractometer were used to investigate the structure and properties of laser melted zone and the effect of the technical parameters, the way of cooling and the carbon content on the size of melted pool and surface hardness. The results show that after laser melting, the surface structures are fine, its hardness is obviously increased, and the carbon content is decreased but the oxygen content is raised in melted zone.
