铜包钢线的包覆焊接工艺与性能

摘    要:研究了铜包钢线的包覆焊接工艺及所得复合导的线性能,使用10例钢钢丝和无氧铜带为原材料,经过表面处理后包覆焊接成为复合线坯,再通过拉拔和处理获得复合导线,检测结果表明,用这种工艺制作的铜包钢线,铜层沿圆周及纵向分布均匀,铜与钢的界面实现了良好的冶金结合,其力学性能和电阻率指标均满足CATV同轴电缆内导体的要求。

Abstract:The processing and properties of copper-clad steel wire produced by pipe-weld cladding technique were studied. The starting materials, steel wire with a carbon content of 0.1 per cent for core and copper strip for clad layer, were degreased and brush cleaned. The copper strip was formed to a pipe shape encircling the steel wire, and the seam was welded longitudinally to form wire billet. Then the billet was drawn through a number of dies until to its final size. Metallurgical analysis, mechanical properties testing and electrical resistivity measurement were carried out, and the results showed that the copper-clad steel wire produced by this method meets the requirement of ASTM standard for CATV drop wire.
