连续油管注入头浮动夹头的共振频率测量

摘    要:国产浮动夹头在注入头高速运行情况下易发生变形.需要检测共振频率,避开易变形区域.采用敲击声频率测量法(以下简称声频法)获取共振频率信号,利用TMS320C6701DSP实现信号的采集并在CCS下编写DSP程序实现HHT分析得到共振频率.试验阶段,通过功率谱分析与HHT对比,得到浮动夹头的各阶固有频率.

Abstract:To detect resonant frequency while avoiding the deformation area of floating chuck head,sound-frequency is used to obtain resonant frequency signal,TMS320C6701DSP is employed for signal acquisition,and DSP program is written with CCS to analyze the HHT resonant frequency.Through power spectrum analysis and HHT comparison,the natural frequencies of the floating chuck are determined.
