高速动车组碰撞仿真研究

摘    要:以CRH3动车组为载体,应用碰撞仿真软件PAM-CRASH进行碰撞数值模拟分析,得到CRH3动车组在大变形碰撞时的变形模式及车与车之间的吸能情况、撞击力、撞击作用时间、各车的速度、加速度等一系列参数的变化规律.同时加入假人模型,通过数值仿真,对假人模型各伤害指标进行评价,提出碰撞时人体造成伤害的关键因素,实现车辆的被动安全保护,为企业提供理论依据.

Abstract:Using CRH3 EMU as a carrier,the crash simulation is carried with PAM-CRASH software.Through analysis the deformation,energy absorption,force,impact time,velocity and acceleration of the CRH3 EMU are obtained.By adding dummy model and numerical simulation,the damage index of the dummy mode is evaluated,and a key factor in causing bodily harm is proposed.Thus,passive safety of the vehicle is implemented,and a theoretical basis is provided to the enterprise.
