摘    要:隔膜式蓄能器是PHR-1型液压铆钉机的重要部件,由于它具有储存压力能的功能,保证了铆钉机冲击活塞在各工作阶段的正常工作,为此要求蓄能器的容积变化能与冲击活寒所需汉量实现最佳耦合,本就是寻求这一工况得以实现的工作点。

Abstract:Hydraulic accumulator with diaphram is a important parts of PHR-1 hydraulic riveter.Beaone it has the funCtion to store pressure energy,this pledges shock piston of the riveter work in normal station at every working stage.For this reason,demands volume changing energy of accumulator and the now that shock pistion needed achieve the best coupling .The paper is just tofind cot work point that achieve the working station.
