O/W型乳化废液的混凝及絮渣处理

摘    要:对O/W型乳化废液进行了化学混凝处理,从4种混凝剂中优出酸性含铝废液作为最佳混凝剂,最佳操作条件为:投量8mL/L,pH6.5,混凝反应时间2min,表态分离时间为30min,混凝土产生的絮渣采用浓硫酸处理:每L乳化废液混凝产生的絮渣采用4.5mL浓硫酸,处理后回收油品1.5mL/L,混合液可循环使用继续处理乳化废液。

Abstract:O/W waste emulsed water was heated by 4 coagulants. The acid Al3+ waste water was the best and the coagulanting condition: amount 8 mL/L, pH6.5, time 2mins and still separating time 30mins. The loagula with one liter waste emulsed water was treated by adding l.5mL concentrated sulfuric acid and the reclaimed oil has 1.5mL/L and the rest mixture can used cycle to treat O/W waste emulsed water.
