| 摘 要： | 铁路经济增长方式应由粗放外延型转变为以提高总和要素生产率为主的要素效率型，本提出在“九五”期间及以后我国铁路应做好三个方面的工作，以实现经济增长方式的转变。

| Abstract: | Centers on the fact that the pattern of economic growth for the railway industry should be transformed from the general extension to the pattern of the increase of the production efficiency of the total essential factors.It also puts forward the three aspects of great importance to the railway industry during the Ninth Five Year Plan of China in order to realize the transformation of the economic growth. |
