SDMIS管理信息系统的研究

摘    要:SDMIS是一个热处理车间计划和调度微机管理信息系统。该系统运用运筹学模型和数据库技术,对MIS及计划和调度模型作了一些理论上和实践上的探索和尝试。由于以热处理车间为模型,系统是针对热处理车间的特点进行分析和设计的。通过SDMIS系统用户可以随时了解生产情况,掌握生产进度。在引进优先效和优先级的基础上,本文还建立了优先数计划编制模型和三级优先随机调度模型,用调度模型进行的日调度,能在全面分析生产情况和短线情况的基础上,分清轻重缓急,进行科学有效的调度。

Abstract:SDMIS is a scheduling and dispatching management information system of heat-treatment shop. By taking advantage of models of operations research (OR) and techniques of data base, SDMIS gives a theortical and practical try. SDMIS is analysed and designed according to the specified requirements and features of heat-treatment shop. Running SDMIS, the users can handle and control the progress of production as necessary. Two models are proposed based upon the concepts of PRIORTY and PRIORITY LEVEL which have special definition. The two models have been carried out in IBM PC/AT and AT-compatible with actual data of heat-treatment shop. As the results, one of the output Monthly Scheduling is generally fit to the reality except more quickly and exactly than the Weekly Scheduling made by hands; The other output Day Dispatching can dispatch effectivdy on the basis of analysis. The development and application of this system can change the passive state of dispatching and instruct production in heat-treatment shop. Therefore, it is helpful to the modernization of production management in a higher level.
