高氮奥氏体钢低温脆断机理的研究

摘    要:研究了18Cr-18Mn-0.7N奥氏体温脆断过程与断口,发现该钢断裂过程中存在沿晶断裂,退火孪晶界裂及穿 晶断裂三种断裂模式,且沿晶及退火弯晶界裂纹先于穿晶裂纹形成,在此基础上对其低温脆断机制提出了新见解。

Abstract:Fracture mode and brittle fracture behavior at low temperatures in an 18Cr - 18Mn -0.7N austenitic steel were investigated. Three kinds of fracture facets were identdied, namely, intergranular fracture facet, annealing twin boundary fracture facet and transgranular fracture facet. Fracture propagated by the formation of microcracks on a grain boundary, annealing twin boundary, and coalescence of these cracks. A mechanism for grain boundary cracking, including annealing twin boundary parting, has been discussed based on these experimental results.
