高速陶瓷轴承电主轴单元的动性能研究

摘    要:结合陶瓷轴承电主轴单元的研制实践,高速主轴用热压氮化硅陶瓷球轴承的结构优化设计和轴承予负荷的确定进行了研究,探讨了电主轴单元的结构布局形式的选择,并对电主轴进行了动态性能实验研究,通过电主轴的振动速度和振动频谱分析表明,该型电主轴振动小、运转精度高,适应高速加工的要求。

Abstract:Based on the development of ceramic mum design of HIPSN ceramic ball bearing for bearing in electric spindle units, structural optihigh-speed electric spindle and initial load are studied, the choice of structural design for high-speed electric spindle units is discussed, and dynamic performance of the electric spindle is examined experimently. The analysis of vibration speed and spectrum of the electric spindle indicates little vibration and high running precision of the electric spindle which can meet the demand of high-speed manufacturing.
