阀片表面喷丸强化工艺

摘    要:为解决厚度不足1mm的薄型压缩机阀片,在通常的喷丸工艺下很容易产生过大的变形和粗糙度过大而报废的问题,进行了玻璃弹丸的喷丸工艺方法提高阀片疲劳性能的实验研究,并测试分析了阀片变形、表面粗糙度、残余应力以及表面硬度等主要影响阀片疲劳寿命的因素,研究表明,玻璃弹丸的喷丸处理,可保证较小的阀片变形、使表面粗糙度降低、并在表层产生压应力,可有效提高压缩机阀片的疲劳寿命

Abstract:Excessive deformation and roughness of thin-walled compressor valve are easily produced under normal shot peening process.In this paper,the experiment is carried out to investigate the method for improving fatigue strength by peening with glass shot.The deformation of the vale,the surface roughness,residual stress and surface hardness are examined.The results show that the penning with glass shot improves the fatigue life of the valve,due to the ensured deformation within allowed region,reduced surface roughness and compressive residual stress.
