| 摘 要： | 从模具型腔结构特点上探讨了连续挤压制件裂纹产生的原因，利用主应力法和滑移法对焊合室内变形金属的应力进行了分析，为确定合理的连续挤压型腔几何参数和模具设计提供了一定的理论依据。

| Abstract: | The cause of the Continuous Extrusion products crack is discussed from the angle of die container structure.The stress of the deformed metal in the bonding container of CONFORM is analyzed by means of the principal stress method and slip-line field method. It provides theoretical basis for determining geometric Parameters of bonding container and designing die of conform. |
