基于IIW标准的轨道车辆焊接结构疲劳预测系统的设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了基于IIW标准的轨道车辆焊接结构疲劳预测系统的理论基础与算法,即迈纳尔累积疲劳损伤理论和基于IIW标准的各级疲劳损伤比的计算方法;结合焊接接头的分类方法与应力谱计算,阐述了系统的主要功能与实现策略;最后结合具体的工程实例,给出了系统的一个算例.该系统可为轨道车辆焊接结构疲劳设计、评估,以及面向疲劳的工艺改进提供有效、快捷的技术支持.
