Summarization of Radial Bogie Technology for Locomotive

Improving the performance of locomotive curve negotiation, increasing speed, reducing the wear between the rail and wheel edge and prolonging service life of a bogie axe the target all countries to seek. Radial bogie is an efficient method to realize the target. The structures and characters of radial bogies, which have been used in locomotives of sore countries are introduced in this paper, this will be helpful to study and develop of our country's radial bogie.
