几种纳米粒子润滑脂添加剂的摩擦学性能

摘    要:在MRH-3高速环块摩擦磨损实验机上,研究了纳米微粒Cu,A l,A l2O3,MgO,ZnO加入到通用锂基脂中的摩擦学性能,并分析了纳米粒子作为润滑添加剂的减摩机理.结果表明:含有纳米Cu,A l,A l2O3,MgO,ZnO粒子的润滑脂添加剂能显著提高通用锂基脂的减摩性能,且对表面具有一定的修复能力.

Abstract:MRH-3 friction and wear tester were utilized to investigate tribological property of nano-Al_2O_3,Cu,Al,MgO,ZnO particles as additive in lithium grease,and antifriction mechanism of nano-particles as lubricating additives were analyzed.The results show that the addition of nano-particles Al_2O_3,Cu,Al,MgO,ZnO greatly with some can improve antifriction property of the base grease surface reconditioning ability.
