| 摘 要： | 我国的中小企业在国民经济中发挥的重要作用是有目共睹的，其融资难也一直成为人们关注的话题．通过对中小企业融资困境的原因及银行借贷行为的经济分析，提出解除中小企业间接触资困境切实可行的合理化建议．
