摘    要:以尿素为改性剂,在140%下利用水热处理方法对种分法获得的氢氧化铝粉体进行微观形貌改性处理.改性结果表明:当(NH2)2CO/A1(OH),摩尔比为6:1时,由于离子的侵蚀作用使块状的氢氧化铝转变为薄片状,同时相结构由三水铝石相转变为薄水铝石相;当二者摩尔比为8:1时,产物微观形貌转变为薄板条组装成的球形结构,此时相结构为碱式碳酸铝铵.

Abstract:Hydrothermal treatment is used to change the morphology of hydroxide alumina obtained by seed decomposition at 140℃. Results show that when the molar ratio of (NH2)2CO/Al(OH)3 is 6 : 1, the erosion function of the ion changes the block hydroxide alumina into flake. Meanwhile, the phase structure transforms from gibbsite into boehmite. When the molar ratio become 8 : 1, the micromorpholoy of the obtained product turns into sphere assembled by thin lath with a phase structure of AACH.
