| 摘 要： | 本文从硬件接口电路、软件工作流程,温度的采集及提高控温精度的措施等方面,阐述了电阻炉计算机群控系统的工作原理.实践证明,该系统具有硬件接口电路简单,控温精度高,节约电能,操作简便等特点.本文提出的控温方法简便易行,效果较好.

| Abstract: | The working principle of the computer control system of multiple resistance furnaces is discussed,such as the hardware interface circuit,the software work flow-chart,the collection of temperature,and the method for improving control temperature accuracy.In practice,there are some characters in this system-the hardware interface circuits are simpler,the control temperature accuracy is higher,the loss of electric energy is smaller,and the operation is eas- ier. |
