电弧喷涂制模涂层的显微组织结构和硬度分析

摘    要:利用SEM、XRD、EDX等手段,分析了Al、Zn、Al-Zn伪合金和Al-Zn合金四种电弧喷涂层的显微组织结构和显微硬度。结果表明:Al-Zn伪合金涂层为Al、Zn两相的机械混合物,其涂层组织较致密,Al-Zn伪合金涂层的显微硬度接近Al涂层的硬度,是一种具有较好的综合性能和制备简单的电弧喷涂制模涂层。

Abstract:Based on analysis of two difficulty points existing in arc spraying mould making,microstructure and microhardness of coating of arc spraying mould making are comprehensively studied by means of SEM,XRD,EDX ect.The results show that Al-Zn pseudo-alloy coating is mechanically mixed by Al,Zn phases,microstructure of this coating is fine and regular,microhardness of Al-Zn pseudo-alloy approaches to Al coating,and Al-Zn pseudo-alloy coating,which has better comprehensive properties and is easy to be formed,is proper for arc spraying mould making.
