生物三相流化床处理印染废水的工程工艺理论研究

摘    要:研究以生物三相流化床作为工程化反应器处理印染废水的工程工艺理论及操作特性,分别测定流化床内的气相含率,液体循环速度及体积氧传质系数,讨论它们之间的关系,明确工程化操作的条件,并经半年多的实际运行检验了所建立理论的正确性,实现了节能、高效与稳定出水的目标。

Abstract:Theory of engineering and technology of dyeing waste water treatment by three phase biological fluidized bed and operating characteristics were investigated.Gas hold up,liquid circulation and volumetric mass transfering coefficient of three phase biological fluidized bed were measured,respectively,relationship among them was discussed,and operating condition for wastewater treatment engineering was determined.For more than half a year's operation the theory has been proven to be correct,and the object of low energy consumption,high treatment efficiency and steady waste water output has been realized.
