磨损数值仿真模型中材料磨损率试验研究

利用盘销式标准摩擦磨损试验机获得了机车柴油机中凸轮配副材料磨损率随载荷的变化规律，以拟合结果表明，两者之间服从幂函数关系，为凸轮机构磨损过程数值仿真模型提供了一个重要参数。

Tests of Materials Wear Rate Used in Simulation Model for Wear Study

The Variation of wear rate with load is obtained from a pin -on -disc test rig, in which the specimen is made of alloy steel used in cam-follower system in locomotive diesel engines. The fitted result shows that the relationship between wear rate and load subjects to a power func- tion, providing an important parameter key to the simulation model for earn -follower wear process.
