锅炉燃烧系统模糊优化方案及实现

摘    要:针对目前在国内动力行业广泛应用的燃煤锅炉中,普遍的控制方案是将空燃比简单地看成负荷(汽压)的单一函数并近似为比值关系,不能很好地适应煤种及负荷的变化这一问题.本文提出一种可适应不同煤种、改善燃烧效率的在线模糊自寻优方案,解决了燃煤锅炉普遍存在的热效率低、浪费严重的问题,保证了锅炉在不同工况、不同煤种下的经济燃烧.

Abstract:In burning coal boiler widely used in internal motivity,the common control scheme is to regard simply the ratio of air and coal as the simple function of burden(steam pressure) and be closed to the ratio connection.Therefore it cannot adapt well to the change of coal and burden.An on-line fuzzy adaptive control scheme is proposed to adapt the diverse coal and to improve the combustion efficiency.The method resolves the ubiquity problem of low thermal efficiency and serious waste and ensures the economical combustion in different working circs with different kind of coal.
