摘    要:货车提速后,制动梁可靠性问题日益突出.基于接触问题基本原理和数值仿真关键技术。采用MSC Marc/Mentat的直接约束法对最新研制的组合式制动梁进行接触分析.在可靠性已被试验验证的接触模型基础上,对多种改进方案进行数值计算,尤其是新方案的计算结果与试验结果相当吻合,从而有效地指导了新型制动梁的设计.数值仿真既节省了成本又缩短了研制时间.

Abstract:With the speed-up of railway freight cars, problems of reliability in braking process are become severe. In this paper, the basic principles and key technologies in numerical simulation based on contact theory are discussed. Direct constraints method used in MSC and Marc/Mentat is applied in the new combining brake beams. On the basis of the improved reliability of the contact model, several schenes are analyzed. Especially, the analytical result of the newest scheme corresponds quite well with the test result. Therefore, contact analysis is very useful for instructing validly design of the new brake beam. The Numerical simulation saves the cost and design time.
