| 摘 要： | 本文以涂料的烧结剥离理论为依据,从对涂料的流变特性等主要性能出发,用正交试验法研制出白色涂料的适宜组分和合理配比.经生产验证,所研制的白涂料具有较好的实用价值和经济效益.

Study of the White Coating on foundry moulds for Iron Castings |

| Abstract: | With the help of orthogonal experimental method, the adequate components and resonable charge ratio of the white coating have been developed, based on the sintering spalling theory of the coating, from the design of the main coating properties such as rheology characteristic. It has been proved in production that the white coating developed possesses better economical effects and practical values. |
