| 摘 要： | 船员作为航运业的劳动者,其职业适任力和素质的高低是保证航运业健康持续发展的重要因素.本文分析了船员的职业特点和船员职业适任力评价模型,针对我国船员教育和培训质量现状,对通过教育模式的创新来提高我国船员职业适任力提出了相应的对策和建议.

| Abstract: | The crew are workers of the shipping industry, the occupation competence and quality is an im- portant factor to ensure the sustained and healthy development of the shipping industry. This paper analyzed the characteristics of the occupation seafarers competency evaluation model, in view of our country maritime education and training quality status, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on China＇s crew to improve occupation competency by innovative education mode. |
