| 摘 要： | 本文通过对特别补偿制度产生背景的介绍,论述了该制度产生的意义。由于该制度的一些缺陷导致在实践中出现了很多问题,本文着重评析了特别补偿制度在发展中对于这些问题的解决方法,以及这些方法对于中国海商法的意义。
