摘    要:将虚拟现实技术应用于船舶液压起货机的教学和培训工作中;以船舶液压起货机及其液压系统为研究对象,利用计算机仿真建模软件建立了包括码头、船舶、控制台、液压泵及马达、液压管路及阀件等在内的三维场景;通过虚拟手柄及按钮等人机交互元件驱动仿真对象,并通过半透明的壳体处理,漫游观察虚拟元件内部随手柄位置变化的动作过程;仿真效果逼真直观,有利于提高教学和培训质量。

Abstract:The VR technology is applied to marine hydraulic crane teaching and training. Taking marine hydraulic crane and its control system as study object,computer simulation and modeling software are used to create 3D scene that including the wharf,ship,consoles,hydraulic pumps and motors,hydraulic piping and valves,etc. Simulation models are driven by visual handle and pushbuttons,and its internal movement can be observed through the translucent casing during roam. Simulation effect is vivid and intuitive,it is beneficial to improve the quality of teaching and training.
