航海教师师资培训存在的问题及对策探讨

从航运业的发展趋势来看,国际航运市场对高水平海员需求逐步在增加。高水平海员的培养需要有高素质的专业教师队伍。国家海事主管机关加强了对航海类专业教师的师资要求,近两年对不同院校组织的航海类教师队伍的培训进行了考核。本文以2014年青岛远洋船员职业学院组织的一期培训为例,依据学校的培训过程和海事局的考试结果,探讨培训过程中存在的问题,并提出相应对策,希望对类似师资培训有所借鉴,进一步提高航海类专业教师师资培训的有效性。

The Existing Issues and Countermeasures of Maritime Teacher Training

From the development trend of shipping industry,the requirement of high-quality seafarers is gradually increased by the international shipping market,training of professional seafarers also needs profession-al teachers. Maritime Administration strengthened teaching requirements of maritime teacher qualifications and carried out maritime teacher assessments in different colleges and universities nearly two years. In view of mari-time teacher training in Qingdao Ocean Shipping Mariners College in 2014 as an example,according to the as-sessment results,this article discusses the existing problems in the process of training and puts forward corre-sponding countermeasures,hope to have reference for similar teacher trainings and improve the efficiency of maritime teacher training .
