船舶中央冷却水系统的多功能控制

摘    要:ENGARD控制系统是当前中央冷却水温度的一种新型控制系统。与传统船舶中央冷却水控制不同,它实现了通过PI调节低温淡水旁通来控制淡水温度、根据热负荷的变化对海水泵进行流量模式转换、按照运行时间优化选择海水泵工作、定时对海水系统清洗等多项功能。本文简要介绍了ENGARD控制系统的工作原理,以及在维修、管理中对内部程序参数进行相关修改的方法。

Abstract:ENGARD unit is a new type control system employed in the current marine central cooling water system. Unlike the traditional control system, the temperature of the cooling freshwater is controlled by regulating the bypass of the low - temperature freshwater using PI regulation method, the flux of the seawater is controlled by selecting various seawater pumps to work according to the heat load of the central cooler, and the working hour of the seawater pumps and the time for clean ning seawater system are also optimized in the EN- GARD control unit.
