院校实施精益管理的探讨

精益管理起源于日本丰田汽车公司,是一种以顾客需求为导向的管理模式,旨在满足顾客需求的前提下,消除组织经营系统中的一切浪费,降低组织运营成本,提高组织市场竞争力。随着中国高等教育体制改革的逐步深入,中国高等院校实现了跨越式发展,面对社会需求的精细化与多样化,院校必须重新进行办学定位,以社会、国民经济各部门和学生需求为导向组织和提供教育教学服务,同时对院校运营系统进行精益化管理,以实现恰当的教育质量水平,掌握恰当的办学成本,同时实现教育资源的合理配置。

On the Practice of Campus Lean Management

The concept of lean management originated from Honda Motors,Japan.It is a customer-orient- ated management mode,aiming at lowering the operating cost,improving market competitive force and elimina- ting the waste in the organizing system on condition of satisfying the needs of the customers.With the furthering of the educational reform in the higher institutions in China,great achievements have been made.Faced with the categorized and multimode needs of the society,higher institutions shall reorganize their positions,provide teaching and education service in light of society,economic sections and students' future needs,implement a lean management to the operation to achieve the education quality,manipulate the teaching cost and realize the ideal allocation of teaching resources.The authors of this article aim at locating the meaning,the essence and implementation means and methods of campus lean management.
