| Abstract: | Based on the actual case of ship aground, to analyze the possibility of avoiding the occurrence of maritime accident, and also to analyze the main respon - sibility of each party for the accident occurred, summed up the countermeasures such incidents in the parties should be taken. Hoping to provide the reference for the similar situation and keep ship safety. |
