| Abstract: | The aim for a great power of ocean was brought up at the eighteenth conference of CCP. Oversea- shipping trade is an important ingredient of Chinas Fortschritte inMeeresschutz und Meeresnutzung . We are in face of a task how to push the development of seafarer working for foreign company under the condition of poor shipping market. The article analyzed Chinese seafarer＇ s current situation and global shipping environment. It pointed out the necessity to strengthen Chinese seafarer＇ s profession training. Measures and methods tbr impro- ving seafarer＇s quality and international competitive force were discussed. |
