| Abstract: | Based on Xing Hui＇ s analytical framework on modernity of the occupational education, the es- sence, achievements and the ineffectiveness of the modernity of the higher maritime occupational education were investigated in this article, in order to urge the professionals in this field to deepen their understanding of and reflection on the modernity of the higher maritime occupational education, and thus to propel the development of the national higher maritime occupational education. |
