| 摘 要： | 现代物流已成为发达国家国民经济的动脉和基础产业,物流人才直接影响到企业生存和发展。物流人才培养是一个系统工程,涉及到政府、教育部门、高等院校、职业院校、企业和社会培训机构。本文在调查研究的基础上,探讨了物流人才培养体系的构建和培养模式的选择。

| Abstract: | Modern logistics, which surviving and developing has been directly affected by logistic talents,has been the key of economy and foundation industry in developed countries.Logistic talents' training is a systems engineering,including government,universities,higher vocation colleges,enterprises and social training institutions.By surveying the logistic enterprises,this thesis investigates to choose the logistic talent-training pattern. |
